Motor City Mayhem 2024

Motor City Mayhem is Detroit Equal Pitch Project's co-ed 3v3 futsal tournament fundraiser with the goal of raising $6,800 to provide 10 people with financial support for upcoming tournament participation.

Futsal Tournament Overview

Date, Time, Location

The tournament will be held 4/13 or 4/14 in the City of Detroit (TBD) on basketball courts.

Tournament Style

Teams will play Queen of the Court to determine the seeding of a single elimination tournament.

Registration

Team registration opens 3/15 and closes 4/8.

$6,800 Fundraiser Goal

Proceeds from the tournament registrations and donations from individuals and organizations will fund players from Women+ Soccer Detroit in participating in soccer tournaments across Houston, Philadelphia, San Diego, and Miami.

Women+ Wins Knoxville Tourney!

In September 2023, Women+ Soccer Detroit sent two teams to the Soccer Rebellion's 5v5 Take Over Tour in Detroit. These teams were advanced to the finals in October 2023 located in Knoxville, Tennessee. One of the teams prevailed and won the Queen's Cup, bringing a trophy back to Detroit.
